- Water 1.5 litresÂ
- Cabbage 1 medium ( chopped)Â
- Onion 1 big ( chopped)Â
- Capsicum 1 big ( chopped)
- Tomato – 1 big ( chopped)
- Moringa leaves 2 fistful ( Hindi – sahjan patta, Kannada – Nugge soppu )
- Pepper powder
- Salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil water
- Add all chopped vegetables
- Add Moringa leaves
- When it starts to boil, keep flame in simmer and close lid and cook for 20 minutes
- Strain
- Add salt and pepper powder to taste
- Drink twice or thrice daily, it gives lot of energy
